Shipping & Pickup
Here is what to expect after placing an order or arranging an in-person pickup.
Shipping
- Orders are packed and sent out within 2–3 business days.
- Orders ship with USPS unless another arrangement is made directly.
- Tracking is added or sent once the shipping label is created.
- USPS delivery time can vary during holidays, weather delays, or high-volume periods.
Pickup
Pickup is handled like a scheduled appointment, not an online payment checkout. You book or arrange a pickup time, arrive during that scheduled window, receive your products in person, and pay when you are there.

Pickup hours
- Tuesday: 8 AM–4 PM
- Wednesday: 8–11:30 AM
- Thursday: 8 AM–4 PM
- Friday: 1:30–7 PM
- Sunday: 8 AM–7 PM
- Monday and Saturday: Closed
